Welcome to the practice of Surgical Specialists of St. Joseph, P.C. The following is information regarding our office and office policies.

To make an appointment with one of our surgeons, please call the office during regular business hours. We will try to make an appointment for you within one week of your call. If you or your primary care physician feel you need to be seen urgently, please let us know and we will make every attempt to have you seen within 24 hours. Patients with surgical emergencies are seen the same day.

Prior to your appointment, we will ask you to complete a patient history form and a patient registration form. You may print these forms at this time, and fill them out in advance to help expedite your appointment.

Also, we ask that you bring all of your medications with you to your first appointment.

Also, please bring your current insurance card.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call our office prior to your appointment time.

We respect the privacy of our patients, and protect your health care information. We have a HIPAA compliant privacy policy. HIPAA PRIVACY POLICY

We participate with most insurance companies, as well as Medicare and Medicaid. We will submit all primary and secondary claims for you. You will be held responsible for any deductibles and coinsurance as required by your insurance policy. We ask that you pay any co-pays on your office visit at the time of the office visit. If you ever have any concerns about your bill, please let us know either by calling the office or discussing this with us at the time of your visit. Our billing office is available to work with you to answer any questions or problems that arise with insurance coverage.
